New Mexico Game and Fish Department offering free beginner fishing class

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – The New Mexico Department of Game and Fish is offering a free class for adults who are interested in learning how to fish. The department will host the class on October 20 at the department’s office at 7816 Alamo Road NW in Albuquerque.

The department said participants will not be fishing but will learn fishing techniques, knot tying, fish identification, and rules and regulations. To register for the class, click this link .
