Albertsons raising funds for The Storehouse New Mexico

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – A new fundraising campaign has kicked off at grocery stores around central New Mexico looking to help combat food insecurity in the state. Right now, when people check out at Albertsons’ locations in Albuquerque, Los Lunas, or Rio Rancho, they can make a donation at the register until October 16.

The campaign benefits The Storehouse New Mexico, a local non-profit food pantry. For anyone needing food, the Storehouse is open Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday from 9 a.m. to noon. They are located in Albuquerque at the corner of Broadway and Central.
