Families can learn about APS magnet schools at School Choice Fair

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) –Albuquerque Public Schools has its upcoming School Choice Fair scheduled for October 15 from 5 – 6:30 p.m. The fair gives families an opportunity to learn more about magnet schools in Albuquerque.

Families will learn more about the focus of each magnet school and the specialized learning opportunities available. Representatives will be one site with applications for the lottery selection and transfer process that can be completed at the fair. Each school will have representatives at the fair to give more information about their respective school, schedule tours and more. A magnet school is a comprehensive public school with a specialized focus area.
