    National Museum of Nuclear Science and History to teach students about the industry

    ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Nuclear Science Week kicks off Monday and the National Museum of Nuclear Science and History in Albuquerque will be teaching students about how the industry impacts the world around us. The museum is hosting 12 schools ranging from elementary to high school. Almost a thousand students will learn about nuclear energy, medicine, and radiation.

    The president and CEO of the museum said this will inspire the next generation of scientists. There will be presentations from the Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center, Los Alamos National Laboratory, Explora, and many others.
