    Albuquerque invites families to celebrate Halloween via local events

    ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – It’s almost time to dress up and ask for candy! This year, Albuquerque is hosting family-friendly, spooky events to celebrate.

    “Our facilities are being completely transformed into amazing and scary haunted houses,” said Youth & Family Services Director Kata Sandoval. “Don’t miss out on your opportunity to enjoy the Halloween fun with your family!”

    Below, you can see a list of Halloween events held by the city:

    • Alamosa Haunted Center – Oct. 18, 25, 26 at Alamosa Community Center. Line starts at 6 p.m., and tours start at sundown. (ADA-Friendly)
    • Harvest Festival – Oct. 25 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Raymond G. Sanchez Community Center! All senior meal site participants are invited to attend.
    • Fright Night – Oct. 25 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:45 p.m. Trunk-or-Treat, carnival, dance, haunted house, and a family movie at North Domingo Baca Multi-Generational Center.
    • Trunks & Treats – Oct 26 from 05:00 p.m. to 08:00 p.m. at Westgate Community Center, featuring games, food trucks, music, and treats!
    • Halloween Skate Jam – Oct 26 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at North Domingo Baca Skate Park. There will be challenging tricks and creative costumes.
    • Operation Great Pumpkin : Oct 29 from 5:00 pm. to 8:00 p.m. at Cesar Chavez Community Center. There will be games, candy, food, a haunted house, and a pumpkin patch.
    • Halloween Pet Parade – Oct 31 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 at Manzano Mesa Multigenerational Center will have a family event for your furry friends in their favorite costumes!
    • Albuquerque Community Safety’s (ACS) Trunk or Treat : Oct 31 from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. There will be a free community event at the ACS headquarters.

    In this day and age under the Biden-Harris administration..You should take your children to local events and stay off the streets ran by south american gangs..
