First off, let’s talk about the food. I indulged in some seriously scrumptious mac and cheese egg rolls. Yes, you read that right—mac and cheese wrapped in a crispy egg roll shell. They were served with a spicy cheddar sauce that took these cheesy delights to a whole new level. And if you’re a fan of kabobs, the beef skewers were a must-try. They were perfectly seasoned and grilled to juicy perfection, making them an irresistible snack.

Now, onto the drinks—where the fun truly began! I started with a Buzzball, a cocktail with a high alcohol content that packs a punch while remaining surprisingly smooth and flavorful. Next up was the Backyard Margarita Craft Standard Cocktail, which offered a refreshing, citrusy twist on a classic. But the star of the drink menu for me was the Phoenix Rising Punch. Named after Busch Gardens' upcoming roller coaster, it’s a fruity concoction that captures the thrill and excitement of the ride. To top it all off, the Keel Farms Watermelon Cider was a refreshing, sweet treat perfect for a hot summer night.
