The oil and gas businesses or fossil fuels is The Life Blood of our Texas Economy. Our State has Every Right AND A Duty to protect it in every way we can. SO No Court should even accept a case like this No State is required to do business with a business whose policy and beliefs will be catastrophic to the State and it's Citizens.
