I saw that baby, unattended, wandering in the middle of the Road at 7am one morning back in May of this year. 20 yards from a busy state hyway. The neighbors there were on the phone to police, so I went on to work. But I'm so sad to know that the homeschooling parents of that child had not learned their lesson. I still pray for the several children that live there.
