Johnson Controls will host a hiring event Thursday

WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — Johnson Controls is looking for more workers. It is hosting a hiring event in Wichita on Thursday, Aug. 15, from noon until 5 p.m.

The company says it is the global leader in smart, healthy and sustainable buildings. It continues to expand and needs to fill these positions:

• Operators/general laborers
• Coil machine setup operators
• Brazers
• Steel press operators
• Electrician
• Millwright
• Advanced steel press setup operators
• Auto casing setup operators
• Tube machine setup operators
