WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — Kansas Humane Society’s Director of Communications Jordan Bani-Younes brought Venus back for another visit Thursday during the Pet Project segment on KSN News at Noon.

Venus visited KSN in July but is still looking for her fur-ever home. She is a four-and-a-half-year-old mixed-breed dog.

“She loves giving kisses. She loves pets,” said Jordan. “We love her a lot. She’s one of our staff favorites, and I just really want to see her go home.”

The Kansas Humane Society has an upcoming fundraiser. On Friday from 6 to 9 p.m., they will be at Board and Brush , where 20% of proceeds will help support the KHS.

On Friday, August 23, they are hosting another Furry Film Friday. Children grades 1-5 can enjoy pizza, a movie, and ice cream while getting cozy with the animals at the Kansas Humane Society.
