ROSE HILL, Kan. (KSNW) — The Rose Hill Police Department hopes someone will come forward with information after restrooms at two of the city’s parks were vandalized.

Police say the vandals shattered a mirror, destroyed a sink, damaged plumbing, and destroyed hand dyers and toilet paper dispensers. The department says crime scene technicians were able to lift some good fingerprints from the damaged equipment, so they are hopeful that will help identify whoever is responsible for the damage.

The restrooms are closed until repairs can be made. Anyone with information about the vandalism is asked to contact Rose Hill Police at 316-776-0191 or the non-emergency line for Butler County Dispatch at 316-320-1294 .

Vandals need to have to go to work cleaning toilets at our state parks until they have earned enough to pay for all cleaning and repair of damage they did.
