TOPEKA, Kan. ( KSNT ) – On Sunday, the Kansas Highway Patrol shared a breathalyzer photo showing a blood alcohol content of .130 or .05 over the legal limit.

According to the KHP, a trooper stopped a driver for speed violations of 114 mph in a 70 mph zone on U.S. 24 Highway. The driver was found with an open container, marijuana and drug paraphernalia. As a result, the driver was arrested.

Last month, KHP spokeswoman Candice Breshears said in a response to KSNT News that the fastest driver ticketed this year was for a person traveling at 151 mph in Saline County in February . The 36-year-old man, driving a 2011 BMW, received a nearly $1,000 fine for the violation.
