Crash temporarily slowed traffic in West Topeka

TOPEKA ( KSNT ) – I-70 traffic through Topeka was temporarily reduced after a rush-hour traffic crash.

Around 4:50 p.m., Topeka police responded to a two-vehicle crash on I-70 near southwest Fairlawn Road. A Topeka police watch commander confirmed with 27 News that eastbound traffic is being reduced to one-lane.

According to Topeka police, minor injuries are being reported at this time. KSNT 27 News will provide more information as it becomes available.
