Get your pond, crop questions answered at these two upcoming events in Shawnee County

TOPEKA ( KSNT ) – Abigail Gettinger with the Shawnee County Extension Office joins the 27 News Morning crew ahead of two upcoming agriculture and natural resource events.

On Aug. 20, the Pond Management Program kicks off with an aquatic and fisheries specialist discussing all pond-related questions, blue green algae and of course general pond management. Register for that event by Aug. 19 by calling 785-232-0062.

The next event on Aug. 30 is all about Row Crop. That event features Dr. Tina Sullivan, Dr. DeAnn Presley and Agricultural Law Specialist Roger McEowen for Shawnee County Row Crop Day. You can register for that event by Aug. 28 by calling 785-232-0062 ext. 100.
