Great idea to keep pursuing all concerning the 2019 CIP, and the 2024 CIP request. I thought the first article I saw was very good, especially noting some difficulty getting meaningful responses to your questions. Also, quoting responses that you got, which seemed to me to be somewhat vague. I'm hoping you get good, specific, clear and understandable responses to report so that the citizens can be well informed on the CIP. Doug Brown, 8/23/24
