Bring home a furry friend: L.A. Animal Services is waiving pet adoption fees for 3 days

Los Angeles Animal Services is waiving pet adoption fees for dogs and cats for three days in September in hopes of finding forever homes for some of its furry guests.

The fees will be waived at all centers this Saturday, Sept. 7, Sunday, Sept. 8, and also Tuesday, Sept. 10, according to a post to the LA Animal Services Instagram page.

“Visit any of our six Centers to meet your new best friend!” the post says.

L.A. Animal Services Centers can be found at the following locations:

• West Valley: 20655 Plummer St. in Chatsworth
• West Los Angeles: 11361 W. Pico Blvd. in Los Angeles
• Chesterfield Square/South L.A.: 1850 W. 60th St. in Los Angeles
• North Central: 3201 Lacy St. in Los Angeles
• Harbor: 957 N. Gaffey St. in San Pedro
• East Valley: 14409 Vanowen St. in Van Nuys

“We will also have discounted adoption events all September long,” L.A. Animal Services stated.
