Burbank man stabbed to death by relative

A man was stabbed to death by a relative in Burbank Friday morning, police said.

The victim, whose identity has not been released, was attacked at about 4:45 a.m. in the 1200 block of North Cordova Street, the Burbank Police Department said in a news release.

When officers arrived, they found the man suffering from stab wounds. He was taken to a local trauma center, where he succumbed to his wounds.

“Another man, who is related to the victim, was detained inside the home,” police said,

That person’s identity also has not been released.
