Officials say the Bridge Fire has destroyed at least 20 homes as it burns with no containment in the San Gabriel Mountains of Los Angeles and San Bernarndino counties.

According to Cal Fire, the blaze was estimated to be 49,008 acres as of Wednesday afternoon. It is the largest of three wildfires burning in Southern California.

“The top priority for firefighters remained in structure protection and defense within the communities of Wrightwood, Pinon Hills and Mount Baldy,” unified commanders said.

please be safe everyone. I live in upland and saw the flames last nite from my house. I've seen too many fires up in Baldy. both areas are small and tight-knit communities. I pray for them and everyone in the path of any fire. please God keep them safe
