    SoFi Stadium awarded 2025, 2027 Concacaf Nations League finals

    Los Angeles is set to host not one, but two more significant soccer matchups , including one next year.

    SoFi Stadium will be the site of the next two Concacaf Nations League Finals in 2025 and 2027, officials announced Wednesday.

    In addition, Hollywood Park venues will host week-long fan-facing activities, including a concert and a Fan Zone.

    “We are extremely pleased that SoFi Stadium – one of the best venues in the world – will host the next two editions of the Concacaf Nations League Finals and that Hollywood Park will host a range of fan activities to celebrate this tremendous competition,” said Concacaf President and FIFA Vice President Victor Montagliani. “These compelling events, alongside the 2025 Gold Cup and men’s and women’s club competitions, will take place at a pivotal time for the growth of the game in the region.”

    Concacaf, formally the Confederation of North, Central America and Caribbean Association Football, introduced the Nations League format in 2017 with the aim of giving all 41 member nations compete regularly in official matches between World Cups.

    The 2024-2025 edition of the Nations League kicked off last month and will continue to play until November. The teams playing in Leagues A, B and C – the first stages of the tournament – in October are smaller nations; the four best-ranked teams in Concacaf – Mexico, United States, Panama and Canada – all received byes to the tournament quarterfinals.

    The last three Nations League tournaments have been won by the United States.
