A day after Netflix drew the ire of fans of the cult comedy series “Detroiters” by not making it available as announced, the streamer followed through.

“Detroiters,” starring Tim Robinson and Sam Richardson, is streaming on Netflix as of Wednesday, one day after the previously announced release date of Tuesday, Oct. 15.

Netflix did not provide a reason for the delay, but on X, formerly Twitter, the streamer’s comedy account , Netflix is a Joke, changed its banner image to accept its clowning as Mort Crim’s Chump of the Week .

Following the antics of a small advertising firm in the Motor City, “Detroiters” was previously only available on Paramount+.

In the six years since its cancellation, the show’s actors and writers have helped create some of the most popular comedies today, including Robinson’s successor show, “I Think You Should Leave” on Netflix.

Series star Shawntay Dalon, who sympathized with fans when the show didn’t appear as expected on Tuesday, had a simple message on Wednesday.

“Enjoy,” she wrote alongside a smiling emoji .
