it's the independent school district!!!!!corruption at it's best why didn't they bring it to a county vote, they don't need the money they are just going to put some more money into they're back pockets!!!!!!I want to see a itemization of what they want for??sometimes it's just wasteful spending look at our streets and neighborhoods nothing but corruption and racially implied without taking to a county vote.........
