    LCPD to hold ‘Lunchbox Lemonade Season Finale’ this Friday

    EL PASO, Texas ( KTSM ) — The Las Cruces Police Department’s Community Outreach Team will be hosting its Lunchbox Lemonade season finale this Friday, Aug. 23, at the Unidad Park Splash Pad.

    The event will be from 11 a.m. through 3 p.m. this Friday, Aug. 23, at the Unidad Park Splash Pad located at 1501 E. Hadley Ave.

    The Lunchbox Lemonade series encourages Las Cruces residents of all ages to have lunch with the Outreach Team at an area splash pad.

    “Participants can visit with team members and discuss police matters and share their concerns about public safety while their kids cool off in the splash pad,” police said.

    Those who wish to attend are encouraged to bring their own lunch and the Police Department will provide free popsicles and lemonade courtesy of Raising Cane’s
