‘Most Wanted’ fugitives for week of Sept. 6, 2024

EL PASO, Texas ( KTSM ) – Crime Stoppers of El Paso, Inc. distributes pictures of fugitives wanted by the El Paso Police Department and the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office weekly through the Most Wanted feature. The following fugitives are individuals, which attempts to locate have been unsuccessful.
Pizana, Freddy H/M
El Paso Police Department
Cesar Jalil Macias: Age 35; 6-foot-3; 230 pounds; brown hair and brown eyes; wanted for assault of a family/house member impeding breath/circulation, unlawful restraint; $75,000 bond.
Freddy Pizana: Age 29; 5-foot-9; 165 pounds; black hair and brown eyes; wanted for aggravated robbery; $75,000 bond.
Eric Cuevas: Age 43; 5-foot-7; 240 pounds; black hair and black eyes; wanted for two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon; $60,000 bond.
Ramon Garibay: Age 42; 6-foot-2; 210 pounds; black hair and brown eyes; wanted for burglary of habitation; $50,000 bond.
Ruth Angelica Barraza: Age 24; 5-foot-8; 248 pounds; black hair and brown eyes; wanted for two counts of credit card or debit card abuse; $10,000 bond.
El Paso County Sheriff’s Office
Joaquin Jared Soto: Age 21; 5-foot-7; 129 pounds; brown hair and brown eyes; wanted for operation of stash house; $35,000 bond.
Susana Solis: Age 41; 5-foot-8; 165 pounds; black hair and brown eyes; wanted for burglary of habitation; $75,000 bond.
Emmanuel Ruben Morales: Age 30; 5-foot-8; 150 pounds; black hair and brown eyes; wanted for abandon endanger of a child criminal negligence; no bond.
Jesus Manuel Perez: Age 36; 5-foot-8; 147 pounds; black hair and brown eyes; wanted for driving while intoxicated; $100,000 bond.
Solei Quinones: Age 26; 5-foot-5; 120 pounds; brown hair and brown eyes; wanted for assault causes bodily injury of a family member; $5,000 bond.
