HOUSTON (KIAH) — Hot temperatures to start off your work week with high temps in the mid upper 90s in Houston, including some spots like Sugar Land that will be approaching 100 degrees.

Morning lows in the upper 60s overnight and we’ll have another hot day on Tuesday in the lower 90s – still above average. We have a cold front coming through for Tuesday into Wednesday that will finally cool our temperatures back below average and in fact temperatures on Wednesday afternoon will be only in the upper 70s to near 80, which is a big welcome change from this hot weather we have for the next couple of days.

Morning lows in the upper 60s, but by Wednesday morning we’ll be in the upper 50s in Houston in the AM, to start things off for that part of the work week. By the weekend temperatures will warm up and we have a slight chance of rain for Saturday and Sunday but until then we’re keeping it dry.
