1 dead after pedestrian crash in Upper Valley

EL PASO, Texas ( KTSM ) – One person is dead after a crash involving a pedestrian early Friday morning, Oct. 18, in El Paso’s Upper Valley, according to El Paso Police.

Police sent out an alert to media at around 1 a.m. Friday, saying the crash happened at Thornton Street and Country Club Road.

Police say one person died in the crash. However, they did not specify who was killed in the crash.

Special Traffic Investigators responded to the scene.

No further information has been released. This is a developing story and we will update it as soon as we learn more.
