ANYONE who has lived elsewhere sees what RIDICULOUS RIP OFFS Utah landlords are getting away with in MAKING UP these laughably outrageous and MANDATORY FEES to add on to basic rent rates. HOW TF was this EVER accepted here in the first place? 🤦 🤬

My rent for a townhome is $1,950.00 a month. With all the stupid fees, I end up paying $2,235.00 it’s ridiculous!!! Somethings gotta give!!!
