    Since out of state investors have been buying up trailer parks, this has been happening. I was one of the first to live in Golden Medows 1980 and saw it grow. When it was controlled by the original owner for many years, it was fordable and maintained. Once sold, all went down the drain.

    My daughter is buying a trailer home there. I feel like they took advantage of her because she is Native American and her rent is exorbitantly high + the lot rent. I am not happy about this but she signed the papers. They are rip offs.
