Lol! protecting those rights for criminals is ridiculous! especially the Juveniles! There are those who claim they are not in a gang but, commit gang activity! Make it make sense! Laws need to be changed for criminals and harsher consequences and punishment need to be implemented so they won't continue to commit crimes!
