    Punks Punks Punks need to be arrested and, despite all the crying and yelling about unfair balances in the law and order system or life situation, the offenders that are caught in doing these types of crimes on the public, need sentences mandatory of 10 years, no parole, no early release, on the very first incident. Start there. start hard don't start easy
