MINOT, ND ( KXNET ) — First Western Bank is hosting a Community Appreciation Luncheon with a snack drive.

The event is taking place on August 8 until 2 p.m. at the Scandinavian Heritage Park.

The luncheon and snack drive is open to serve everyone in the Magic City — activities and food are free of charge.

There are hotdogs and hamburgers, along with bounce houses, miniature golf, axe throwing, a mobile escape room, hands-on activities, ice cream, giveaways, and more.

The “Essentials for Learning” snack drive will also be taking place during the event. People are encouraged to bring individually wrapped, non-perishable snacks like granola bars, goldfish crackers, pretzels, trail mix, fruit leathers, or unsweetened applesauce to the donation bin.

“We are immensely grateful for the support of the Minot community and trust you’ve put in First Western Bank & Trust over the last 60 years,” said President and CEO Brenda K. Foster. “This event is our way of giving back and expressing our appreciation to the people who make this The Magic City.”
