BISMARCK, ND ( KXNET ) — Newsweek released its list of America’s Best Cardiac Hospitals in 2024, and one hospital in Bismarck made the list.

Sanford Bismarck Medical Center was listed as #142 out of the 175 hospitals across the United States. It was the only hospital in North Dakota to make the list.

This list recognizes the places that have the highest reputations by providing quality care with outstanding results.

To create the ranking, professionals and hospital managers who work in cardiology filled out a nationwide survey, and the responses were considered with the hospital quality metrics, patient experience surveys, and an analysis of the facility using the Patient-Reported Outcome Measures.
