BISMARCK, ND ( KXNET ) — Three men who were arrested on drug charges will not go to trial this week after police say they were involved in a drug sale that led to an overdose.

The incident happened on November 30 last year. Deputies arrested Harlan Kastrow , Joshua Crowley , and Dustin Sapot after they say one person died from an overdose of fentanyl at a home north of Bismarck. Investigators say the men made the drug deal through Cash App on their phones and exchanged messages.
