NORTH DAKOTA ( KXNET ) — The Bank of North Dakota wants people to be aware of someone sending emails who is pretending to be the Bank of North Dakota.

This person is saying that your account has been placed on hold in the email.

This email is fake and people should not click any links or enter any credentials.

If you have done either of those things, you should email the Bank of North Dakota at bnd@nd.gov and change your information.

Bank of North Dakota says their systems continue to be secure and they will never reach out to ask for credentials.
