BURLINGTON, ND ( KXNET ) — If you’re looking to relax, work, or eat without having to leave the city, there is a new family-owned and operated business.

From the outside, the building is deceiving, looking small, but there is plenty of space inside.

When you walk into B.TrEats in Burlington, the front room is a nice, quiet area with phone chargers where you can work and they have free wi-fi.

If anyone is interested in hosting a party, they have a large room to accommodate that request, something that was not available in Burlington until now.

In the main room, it’s like a cafe where you can look at a menu offering lotus drinks, Italian sodas, subs, as well as homemade pizza.

Fresh ingredients are used when making subs and pizza.

Owner Sarah Gallas says the idea of having fresh pizza comes from a family tradition.

“My family, at least once a month, sometimes more, did homemade pizza night, and I grew up making pizza. My dad has perfected it. And eventually, we want to go with making our own crust. We have a sheeter, we just weren’t fully prepared for that in the opening,” said Gallas.

Gallas says they’re hoping to have a game night once a week and they have a QR code for community feedback that is anonymous.

The name of the business is original with the B standing for Burlington and the eats at the end can stand for a variety of things.

They’re open Monday through Friday 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. and they’re closed on the weekends but that may change.

You can find them at 310 Johnson St in Burlington.
