I-94 Grant Marsh Bridge changes driving lanes during road work

BISMARCK, ND ( KXNET ) — Driving lanes are changing on the I-94 Grant Marsh Bridge as road work on the structure moves into a new phase.

Drivers will now be using the outside westbound and eastbound lanes as they cross, while work crews focus on replacing the dividing barrier on the inside lanes.

It will be one lane of traffic in both directions. Drivers are advised to stick to the posted speed limit as they pass close to workerts and equipment.

and yet people have managed to screw it up. same # of lanes as before yet people have managed to slow it down to a snails pace and back up Traffic. it's like they can't function if there's a change
