No injuries in New Salem school bus crash

NEW SALEM, ND ( KXNET ) — No one was injured Wednesday morning when an SUV sideswiped a New Salem school bus.

According to the Morton County Sheriff’s Office, the bus was traveling east on 42nd Street around 7:49 a.m., September 25. As the bus came over the top of a hill, an oncoming SUV was too far over on the roadway and sideswiped the bus.

Neither the bus driver nor the two passengers were injured in the crash.

The driver of the SUV and two passengers were also not injured.

The SUV driver was cited for care required.
