Seeds of Eden to hold food drive Saturday

BISMARCK, ND ( KXNET ) — Seeds of Eden will hold a food drive for the Lakota House of Bread this Saturday, where they will be collecting food to give to people facing food insecurity.

Seeds of Eden, a local nonprofit, has recently been doing outreach on the Standing Rock Reservation. The Lakota House of Bread is a place for people from the reservation to get food assistance when they are unable to afford it.

The drive will be Saturday, October 5th at the Fix-it-All parking lot in Mandan, and it will go from noon to 4 p.m.

Both perishables and non-perishables will be accepted.
