MHA Nation to host Fall Festival and Rib Cook-off

NEW TOWN, ND ( KXNET ) — The Mandan, Hidatsa, and Arikara Nation will host its annual Fall Festival and People’s Choice Rib Cook-off on Friday, October 4 in New Town.

The festival is a chance to celebrate the fall season while taking part in activities, listening to music, and eating delicious food.

Apart from the Rib Cook-off, the festival will also have craft vendors, a pumpkin carving contest, a bean tag tournament, and a scarecrow contest.

The festival will be held at the MHA Nation Tribal Headquarters in New Town and will start at 1 p.m.
