Bismarck Public Schools to discuss bus system with community

BISMARCK, ND ( KXNET ) — Bismarck Public Schoolsinvites community members to an input session tonight regarding school transportation.

The district is asking for public input on how to improve the quality, safety, and reliability of BPS transportation. The Bismarck School Board and leaders from BPS will be in attendance to listen and gather community feedback.

One proposed solution to the district’s transportation needs currently being considered involves moving to a two-tier bus system, which could involve the implementation of two different bus runs. This system could impact the start and end times of the school day.

The meeting will be at Horizon Middle School on Monday, October 7th, from 7-8:30 p.m.
