WILLISTON, ND ( KXNET ) — A Williston woman with an outstanding arrest warrant is being charged with drug paraphernalia possession after she was found in the cargo area of a car her husband was driving.

According to the Williston Police Department, at 10:03 p.m. on October 1st, an officer was on patrol when he observed a car traveling closely behind another in the area of 32nd Avenue West and 42nd Street West.
