MINOT, ND ( KXNET ) — A man arrested for aggravated assault at a North Dakota State Fair concert has now pleaded not guilty.

KX News obtained court documents showing Jaeger Lundeen also waived his right to his preliminary hearing. That hearing was supposed to happen next week but is now canceled.

Lundeen is accused of stomping on a woman’s head, as she was on the ground inside the Grandstand. Police say it happened July 24 when a fight broke out at the Lil Wayne concert.

Lundeen was arrested a few weeks after the incident was reported and charged with aggravated assault.

He’s out on bail and is set to be back in court in December.
