CEDAR PARK, Texas (KXAN) — Authorities in Williamson County earlier this week arrested a man who is believed to be a fentanyl dealer.

The Williamson County Sheriff’s Office said its Organized Crime Unit on Monday executed a search warrant for a “suspected fentanyl dealer” in the 1700 block of Bagdad Road in Cedar Park.

According to WCSO, officers seized approximately 19.5 g of suspected crack cocaine and approximately 8.5 g of suspected fentanyl during their search.

WCSO arrested Demarcus Tennison, 38, who is accused of manufacturing and the delivery of fentanyl and crack cocaine.

According to the sheriff’s office, Tennison has an “extensive arrest record,” including around 29 other drug offenses, six burglaries, 40 criminal trespassing incidents, five charges of evading/resisting arrest, three assaults causing bodily injury, four instances of failure to identify and several other offenses.
