Dua Lipa, Leon Bridges spotted around Austin during ACL Weekend 1

AUSTIN (KXAN) — In between Weekend One performances at the Austin City Limits Music Festival, some performers found time to explore the Live Music Capital of the World.

Dua Lipa chronicled several stops around Austin on social media , including la Barbecue, Allen’s Boots, Jo’s Coffee on South Congress and the Broken Spoke—where the singer and her friends showed off their two-steppin ‘skills.

“HONKY TONK HEAVEN!! AUSTIN SEE YOU AGAIN NEXT SATURDAY!!!” Dua Lipa wrote on Instagram.

Ahead of ACL, Leon Bridges performed three nights at The Continental Club on South Congress.

Bridges, who performed Friday night at ACL, stuck around Austin and held a “Leon” album release party Saturday at Waterloo Records , complete with brisket and Amy’s Ice Cream.
