Since staying active is such a vital part of maintaining your health, what do you do when it feels like there’s just no extra time in your day for a workout? Kim Eagle with Earn That Body joined Studio 512 with insight that may help. Kim’s tips:

    1. Morning Movement: “Set your alarm 20-30 minutes earlier to get a workout done before the day gets busy. It starts your day off strong and frees up the rest of your time.”

    2. Lunch Breaks: “Split the time between food and a good walk! Not to mention getting outside can really help relax and reset for the rest of your work day.”

    3. Shorten a Workout: “If you only have 20 min but are looking at one-hour workouts….just do 20 min of it because something is always better than nothing, or pick a shorter workout like a HIIT/TABATA workout.

4.Use Exercise as a Family Activity: “Instead of separate workout time, involve your family by going on walks, bike rides, or even doing home workouts together. It’s quality time and fitness combined!”

    5. Workout at Home: “This one is my favorite, because it literally gives you back the time to exercise: skipping the gym commute saves 20-30 minutes of travel time! Plus, home workouts can be just as effective with minimal equipment.
