They have to much control...they need to include parents opinions before making those type of rules. It is their kids and now they are going to deal with many upset children, parents and lots of loss due to home schooling.

Seems like the smart thing for vvisd to do is leave this young man the hell alone. He’s a survivor and trying to make him cut his hair under these circumstances will bring nothing but negativity for them.
