Multiple small fires lit outside Spokane Public Safety building overnight

SPOKANE, Wash. -- According to a 4 News Now crew at the scene on Sunday, it appears multiple small fires were ignited overnight in the front courtyard of the public safety building in Spokane.

Photos from the scene show a small tree that had been set on fire, with a lighter lying nearby. Additionally, two different spots show a scorched bicycle, and there was a small fire involving multiple items in the center of the courtyard.

Police tape and debris remain at the scene.

We are still waiting for more information from the Spokane Police Department and the Spokane Fire Department.
