    Over 700 homes without power in Spokane area due to Inland Power outage

    SPOKANE, Wash. -- Over 700 homes in the Spokane area lost power on Sunday evening, according to Inland Power.

    Around 6:30 p.m., Inland Power reported 720 homes without power in the Bigelow Gulch service area, which includes Spokane, Liberty Lake, Cheney and Medical Lake.

    Inland Power said crews were on their way to inspect power lines and restore power as soon as possible.

    Around 7 p.m., Inland Power said they expect power to be restored around 8:30 p.m.

    They did not provide a reason for the outage.
