Honeysuckle Beach and boat launch closure for marathon event

HAYDEN, Idaho — Honeysuckle Beach and the boat launch will be closed from 5 p.m. Friday, Oct. 11, to approximately 3 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 12, for the Hayden Lake Marathon.

Access will be limited to local residents, and unauthorized vehicles will be towed.

While no city roads will be fully closed, the northbound lane of Smith Road will be used for event parking, and flaggers will direct traffic at the intersection of Honeysuckle Avenue and Strahorn Road.
