Switchbacks welcome USA Blind Soccer

(COLORADO SPRINGS) — On Tuesday, Sept.24, the Switchbacks invited USA Blind Soccer over to Weidner Field after practice to host a few drills.

Players on the Switchbacks were blindfolded to learn how to work with a soccer ball with no vision. Click the video player above to see this unique method of sport.

On Saturday, Sept. 28, the Switchbacks battle Loudoun United for Mental Health Awareness night at Weidner Field.
