Metal Supermarkets opens in Colorado Springs

(COLORADO SPRINGS) — Metal Supermarkets announced on Monday, Sept. 30 it has opened its newest location in Colorado Springs.

Metal Supermarkets said it is the world’s largest supplier of small-quantity metals. The metal supplier has become a one-stop shop for local professionals, businesses, and hobbyists.

The store — located at 1615 N. Academy Boulevard — is the fourth Metal Supermarkets location in Colorado. Centennial community members Jason and Deirdre Frank, a husband-and-wife franchisee team, bring years of experience in sales, manufacturing, business operations, and relationship management. Together, they opened their first Metal Supermarkets store in October 2023 in Englewood and now their second in Colorado Springs.

“We’ve enjoyed working with Englewood customers at our first Metal Supermarkets store, so we’re excited to bring Metal Supermarkets to Colorado Springs to offer more businesses and consumers quick and convenient access to metal supplies,” said Jason Frank.

The newest location in Colorado Springs will bring over 8,000 types, shapes, and grades of metal cut to each customer’s exact specifications. Metal Supermarkets aims to serve Colorado Springs and surrounding areas such as Monument, Fort Carson, Fountain, and more.

Each location provides customers with a diverse product base and no minimum order quantity. Metal Supermarkets offers products like mild steel, aluminum, alloy steel, stainless steel, and more. The Colorado Springs location is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 a.m.
